Ad for HR Manager

Are you a HR qualified professional ready for a new challenge?

We are a leading charity local to the Black Country and a member of a national organisation.

Citizens Advice Sandwell was established over 30 years ago and supports about 15,000 people a year giving advice and support on debt, immigration, benefits, consumer and employment rights as well as many other welfare issues.  

You would be working in a great team with dedicated staff, bringing together the people element of the organisation, leading on learning and development, HR Management, employee engagement and reporting directly to the Chief Executive. 

This post is for 22.5 hours, but this can be flexible – you’re welcome to discuss this with us. 

 We need someone who has some experience, but is ready to move to the next level, who will work autonomously and part of a team and who is confident to make decisions.
